The archive standard
These policies explain how the archive handles adult access, personal information, custom requests, payments, packaging, delivery and order issues.

Policy details
Our products are made to order and may include personal creator context. Clear expectations protect both sides of the transaction.
Customers must be at least 18 years old, or the legal adult age in their location where higher. By placing an order or submitting a request, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.
The archive is intended for consenting adults. Creator descriptions and product information must be treated as private marketplace content.
Information submitted through forms is used to review requests, process orders, provide delivery updates and respond to support questions. Do not submit payment card details through contact or custom request forms.
Orders are packed in plain outer packaging. Product names, role details and other sensitive information are not displayed on the outside of the parcel.
Products are prepared after purchase, normally within 2-5 business days. Because products are prepared for a specific order and may include creator-selected details, completed orders are non-returnable.
If an order has not arrived, contact support with the order number and tracking reference so the delivery status can be reviewed.
Orders are sent through tracked courier delivery where available. A tracking reference is supplied after dispatch. Delivery timing varies by destination, customs processing and courier conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and checking local import requirements.
Custom requests are reviewed for creator availability, product details, price and preparation time before production begins. A request form is not a payment confirmation.
Custom orders are also non-returnable once confirmed and prepared.

The archive keeps the important facts visible: who the creator is, what product is offered, which options are available, how long preparation takes and how the parcel is delivered.
