Photo record
When included or purchased as an option, photos can document preparation, packaging or the agreed product context.
Video record
When available and selected, a video record can document the preparation context before dispatch. Availability is confirmed per creator.

Evidence is attached when available
Photo evidence can show the product before or after preparation. Video evidence is optional and creator-dependent. Both document the individual order, not a permanent guarantee.
Dispatch is traceable
A tracked courier reference is provided after dispatch. Plain outer packaging is used and delivery timing varies by destination.
